ItsReallyRelle’s Visit to Wild Hand

I decided that 2020 will be my year of learning. One of my goals is to take classes to learn at least two new fiber related crafts. Recently, I visited a yarn shop in Philadelphia called Wild Hand and took a beginner drop spindle class.

I really enjoyed myself and I left the class with the confidence to use my drop spindle on my own. The instructor, Theresa, was very knowledgeable in her craft and so down to Earth. She made the class fun and truly helped me make beautiful yarn. Each student in the class left with a wealth of drop spindle knowledge as well as an actual drop spindle and a nice size bag of fiber.

I highly recommend taking a class to improve your crafting skills. The internet is great, I’ve learned a ton from YouTube University, but nothing compares to the quality of actual face-to-face instruction. And it doesn’t hurt that Wild Hand is such a pleasant place to visit:

Thank you Wild Hand! And I’ll see you soon for that Macrame Wall Hanging Class!
